Information we collect
When you purchase a package, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected product, order reference and payment status. When you request the free scorecard, we collect your first name and the email address or WhatsApp number you provide, together with your consent record. Affiliate applicants provide contact details, promotion information, audience range and payout details so their application and commission payments can be managed.
Affiliate account security
Affiliate passwords are processed into salted cryptographic password hashes. GoldRight Media does not store the original password. Secure session cookies keep affiliates signed in and can be revoked when they sign out. Repeated unsuccessful login attempts may temporarily lock an account.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Paystack. GoldRight Media does not store your complete card or Mobile Money credentials. Paystack may process payment information under its own privacy and security terms.
How the information is used

- To deliver the free scorecard and relevant product information where consent was provided.
- To prevent fraud, diagnose technical problems and maintain transaction records.
- To attribute eligible purchases to approved affiliates and calculate commissions and payouts.
Affiliate tracking and portal access
When you use an affiliate link, the website stores a referral cookie for up to 30 days and a random browser identifier used to avoid counting repeated visits as separate unique visits. The identifier does not contain your name, email address or phone number. Approved affiliates can see aggregate visits, package purchased, sale value, commission and payout records, but they cannot see the buyer’s contact details.
Affiliate portal access uses a private, secure cookie. Existing invitation-only affiliates should not share a private access link and should request a replacement immediately if they believe it has been exposed.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the website, process payments and deliver files, or when required by law. We do not sell customer contact information. Approved affiliates receive only the limited, non-identifying transaction information required to understand their commission. Records are retained only for legitimate operational, accounting, fraud-prevention and support purposes.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of eligible contact information, or withdraw future marketing consent, by contacting GoldRight Media through the WhatsApp support link. Transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including server-side payment verification and protected download links. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
